Tough Anti-Vaping Laws in WA See Minimal Enforcement
Despite having the toughest anti-vaping laws in Australia, Western Australia has only prosecuted two shopkeepers for illegal vape sales in the past two years. The state government plans to override national vaping laws to further control the issue.
