Six Arrested Following Frankston North Shooting

Armed Crime Squad Makes Multiple Arrests After Violent Incident

Armed Crime Squad detectives have arrested six people after a 36-year-old man was shot during an altercation on November 4, 2024, in Frankston North. The incident occurred around 7:20 pm at a property on Armata Crescent, where the man sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The Special Operations Group assisted in the arrests. Four suspects—a 29-year-old man, a 26-year-old woman, a 24-year-old man, and an 18-year-old woman—were taken into custody at a Carrum Downs residence. 

A fifth suspect, a 21-year-old man, was arrested at a Burwood East shopping center, charged with serious offenses, and remanded in custody until March 2024. Additionally, a 23-year-old woman was detained at her Mornington home, facing multiple charges including aggravated home invasion and affray.

The investigation is ongoing as detectives work to piece together the events leading up to the shooting.
