Officer Faces Charges for Misuse of Service
A leading senior constable from Transit and Public Safety Command has been charged following an internal investigation. The 33-year-old officer is facing two counts of using a carriage service to offend and one count of unauthorised disclosure of police information.
The alleged incidents occurred while the officer was off-duty. He has been charged and will appear at a magistrates’ court on a later date.
