Police Investigate Series of Break-Ins in North Brisbane

Multiple Businesses Targeted Between October 13-16

Police are investigating a series of break-ins and attempted break-ins at businesses in North Brisbane that occurred between October 13 and October 16. Initial findings suggest the incidents are connected, with no reported injuries.

Between 11:45 PM on October 13 and 1:15 AM on October 14, four break-ins took place at businesses along Kingsford Smith Drive in Eagle Farm. Shortly after, around 2 AM on October 14, glass doors were smashed at a petrol station on Braun Street in Deagon, though no entry was attempted. An attempted break-in was reported on Lavarack Avenue in Pinkenba overnight on October 14.

On October 15, at approximately 10:30 PM, another attempted break occurred on Lutwyche Road, followed by six more break-ins between 3 AM and 4 AM on October 16 at businesses on Racecourse Road in Hamilton. The police urge anyone with information or relevant footage to step forward to assist with the investigation.
