Iconic Rock Band Announces Long-Awaited Comeback
Oasis fans have reason to celebrate as the legendary English rock band, fronted by Noel and Liam Gallagher, reunites for a highly anticipated tour in 2025. The band, which disbanded in 2009 following a backstage altercation between the Gallagher brothers, has officially announced their comeback.
The reunion was confirmed through a social media post and cryptic hints from the Gallaghers. Liam Gallagher teased the tour with a tweet saying, “See you down the front,” and a playful reply to a question about Noel, saying, “Keep up.”
The band’s Instagram post sealed the deal, revealing 14 tour dates across the UK, Scotland, and Ireland from July to August 2025.
The tour will kick off at Glastonbury and includes stops at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh’s Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, and Dublin’s Croke Park. Notably, the tour will feature a 10-day run at Wembley Stadium, surpassing Taylor Swift’s record for the most nights at the venue.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale starting August 31, and major promoters SJM Concerts and Live Nation are set to oversee the events.
