Stock grants vest over a four-year period, providing a powerful incentive to remain with the company.
Employee turnover at Nvidia is notably lower than the semiconductor industry average. While 5.3% of employees left last year, the rate fell to 2.7% after Nvidia’s market capitalization exceeded $1 trillion.
