Class Action Filed After Hunter Valley Tragedy
The family of Zach Bray, one of the 10 victims of the Hunter Valley bus crash, is launching a class action against Transport for New South Wales and the bus company.
This follows the sentencing of driver Brett Andrew Button to 32 years in jail. The lawsuit seeks justice for the victims.
