Major Breach Compromises Loyalty Points
A significant cyber theft has compromised the frequent flyer points of approximately 1,000 Qantas customers. Two contractors from Air India have been suspended for allegedly accessing and altering Qantas bookings to redirect points to their accounts. While local police are investigating, Qantas has not yet informed the affected customers.
