Cocaine Seized at Port Botany: AFP Seeks Public Assistance

$9.75 Million Worth of Cocaine Discovered in Shipping Container

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) is seeking public help after over 30kg of cocaine was found hidden inside a refrigerated shipping container at Port Botany. Australian Border Force officers identified unusual features in the container, which had arrived from Italy. 

A forensic examination revealed 30 packages of cocaine, valued at approximately $9.75 million. Authorities urge anyone with information about the consignment or involvement in its delivery to contact Crime Stoppers at 1300 333 000 or via the Crime Stoppers website.
